Need some help understanding this. No answers please just explanations

A.      For the following system,

(1) Determine the order of the system.

(2) Determine pole(s) of H(s).

(3) Determine if system is stable or unstable.

(4)    Calculate the Step response y(t) of the system

(5)    From the step response, determine the transient part and the steady state part (H(0)).

(6)    Calculate the time it takes the transient part to decay to ~ 37% of its initial value.

(7)    Using both Matlab and Simulink, plot the step response of the system

B.      For the following:

1.     Use Simulink to plot the step responses.

2.       Compare the difference in responses between the three systems
