Objective: To understand the differences between introverts and extroverts.

Understanding one’s preferences is very helpful in understanding how you interact with society. To take the time to find our if you are an introvert or extrovert and then understand the implications of that will help you in the workplace. For example, as an extreme introvert, I sometimes need to recognize that my preference for working alone does not move the organization forward. I need to understand my preference but find ways to work within the team environment. As a manager, I need to ensure my employees are put in situations where they can be their authentic self. • Write a 1.5 page (include a length expectation when possible) essay describing what an introvert and an extrovert is and the key differences between both groups. After spending time discussing the key definition and differences, describe which group you fall into and how it shows up in both your personal and work life. Finally, take a moment to discuss how you can empower those in your organization that may be introverted or extroverted.
