3. The data runs out if the input data read is in the form of an EOF sign
4. Each page has a title
5. One page contains only 50 lines

Because 1 page can only contain 50 rows of data, a counter variable is needed. This counter is used to count the amount of data that has been printed on each page. besides that there must also be a process of checking the contents of counter variables. If the contents have reached 50 then printing is done on the next page and do the Title printing process.
