Biblical Situation (150-300 word minimum):

Read the account (Acts 4:32 – 5:11) of Ananias and Sapphira and the early church (people of God in the first century).  Describe the setting of the early church, the actions/decisions of Ananias and Sapphira, and their consequences.  Do you think God takes greed and lying seriously?  How harsh does this seem to you?  Why do you think God did such a thing?
