Ethics. Ethics is a huge area of concern in any scientific field. While you will encounter different ethical concerns depending on your chosen profession, one needs to fully know and understand ethical considerations in the role of a professional. We will explore how many of our current ethical guidelines were developed as a result of experiments that raised ethical concerns. During this unit, we will explore current ethical standards, as well as discuss why they are so vital for both the professional and the clients.

General Ethical Principles of Psychologists - Alternative Formats - Write a 2-page double spaced response in which you explore a controversial research study in the psychology field. You may select from the list of experiments provided below, or provide a study of your own choosing.
- Present the methodology used, variables explored, and conclusions drawn from the study.
- Provide at least 3 ethical issues outlined by the American Psychological Association present in your chosen study, as well as the implications of the ethical violations on participants.
