Review Phillip Zimbardo's famous Stanford Prison Experiment in your textbook (additional information regarding this experiment can be viewed at: https://www.prisonexp.org/). Why didn't the "good" guards in the Stanford prison experiment object to the other guards' abusive behavior? Were the student prisoners simply weak people? Why didn't they object to being abused? Do you think you that you would have intervened or objected if you were a good guard in this experiment?
