 B. According to the narrator, most jobs do not prioritize the three motivating factors discussed in the video. Based on what we learned in Chapter 5, what are some reasons why? 

 C. Based on what we learned in Chapter 4 about ideology (there's also relevant info in Chapter 5), who would be more likely to support these changes in workplace compensation/culture: liberals/progressives, or conservatives? Explain. 

NOTE: I'm not sure which one is right...go off of what you read and learned from CH4 and this video, and explain which you think has the best arguments in favor.
