This week's Case Study is "Schmidt Business Forms." This case study is attached below as a PFD document and goes with the material in the Chapter 2 PowerPoint document attached below.
Read the case study and answer all associated questions. You must repeat each question word for word before you write in your answer presenting your analysis, findings, and opinions. For each Trust Builder (1-5), discuss what it means and why it is important to the salesperson-customer relationship. Give specific examples of what actions you would take, as the salesperson, using each of the Trust Builders to rebuild the relationship with Jim Adams. Your goal is to convince Jim Adams as best you can at your first meeting that you possess each of the Trust Builders.
