I need someone to answer this questions in detail as if they are facing the customer in person

Question

1. I have a 2015 Cayenne that is affected by the TDI emissions mess. I love my Cayenne and am upset that Porsche lied to me about its performance. I plan on keeping the car, but my friends, family, and even strangers have given me grief about driving a “dirty diesel.” I just want Porsche to know how disappointed I am in a brand I’ve supported for years.

2.I did not buy my 2012 911 at Porsche Farmington Hills, but I feel as if I am being treated like I did. Their service dept. is great, and fixes my 911 right, the first time. I even get a ride home/or a pickup, despite being about 40 miles away. I live about 10 miles from Porsche Motor City, in fact, I have to drive by them going between my home and Porsche Farmington Hills. Yet, Motor City does not offer me a ride home or pick up. So this is me telling you I am a very proud Porsche owner (I own 2), very happy with Porsche Farmington Hills.

3,I’ve had nothing but issues getting used to my new Taycan. There are just too many buttons and I feel completely lost. I need to talk with someone that knows what they’re doing and can help me. Why can’t I figure out how to connect my phone via Android Auto?
