Some great resources here...did you find anything in the textbook for the course that also stood out to you about the autopsy process?  What specific things is an investigator looking for at the scene that may actually assist someone performing an autopsy?  On the opposite end of that spectrum what can the autopsy help the investigator determine?  Try and be a little more specific than what you have in your initial post.
