John 4: 6-26; 39-42
Welcome to Workshop 1.  This week we will be learning some skills that will let the client know that we honor him/her.  We will also be learning things to do both verbally and non-verbally and what we may want to avoid.  The end result hopefully will be that the person feels honored and respected.  As we read this very familiar story of Jesus and the Samaritan woman, we see that Jesus had nothing but respect for her despite the fact that her life style may have been offensive to him.
Focus Questions: 
1. How did Jesus show honor and respect toward the Samaritan?
2. How did His honor and respect affect her?
