This discussion provides an opportunity to evaluate and critique scholarly journal articles. The ability to critique and evaluate communication scholarship will help sharpen your tools of conflict management.   
This discussion post allows you to learn about a variety of published studies addressing conflict management.

Step 1:

• Post your Scholarly Journal Paper (Week 4, Assignment 6) into a discussion thread to make it available for others to review.

Step 2:

• Read at least two of your fellow classmates Papers posted in the discussion.

• Evaluate how the scholarly journal article compares to what you have learned from our course textbook and your own scholarly article review. 
• As you review your classmates' papers, you are looking for the following:
• In what ways are your papers similar? (e.g. observations, theories)
• In what ways is the reported conflict research different?
• What is significant about the differences?
