• Open the article to Table 2: Leadership Theories.
• Write a one-page (250-word, double-spaced) response that is based on the six theoretical models presented, as you address the following points.
  • Which model stands out to you as most useful?
  • Why do you think this model would be effective for you, as a future leader?
  • What barriers or opposition could occur if you implemented this model?
  • Do you think utilizing more than one model would better meet the needs of a diverse workplace? Why or why not?
