I need your help writing a 4-5 page analytical/argumentative paper, a bibliography page and a works cited page.

I chose topic #2, because it has more reference material.

I have attached supporting documents.
-They include 2 short "readings"
-An explanation of what will be graded and the topic, with the questions to answer
-A small PPT that helps support the main reading by Stuart Hall
