Having spent time reading and reflecting on the Creeds of the ancient church, one can begin to have a sense of how we are connected to other Christians through the centuries who have held to these same statements of truth about God and the Trinity.

• What specific aspects of the Creeds were surprising to you and why?
• How did the statements of the Creeds challenge your faith?  In what way were you challenged?
• Do you find it helpful to have a concise statement of faith such as a Creed? Why?
• What are your plans to incorporate the Creeds in your personal faith experience?  How can you use them to enhance your own spiritual growth?
