Being able to see the big picture is important in studying God.  Through this assignment, you will be able to see how the parts of the theology of God and the Trinity have developed throughout time.  You will also be able to get a better understanding about why and when heresies arose throughout history.

• Make a chronological list of key individuals and events (from the 2^nd Century through the Reformation) that helped develop the theology of God and the Trinity as outlined in your textbook.  Include a short, one-sentence descriptor for each person and event (an event is a council, controversy, etc.).
