management. Building from that, what is really interesting are differences in the ways that
organizations approach. Choose a company reputed in talent management (eg. Google, Face
book, the One etc.) and prepare a report of 3000 words answering the below questions.

2. What talent management processes could potentially support the company’s growth
strategy? (15 Marks)
3. Explain the company’s approach towards Corporate Social Responsibility. Provide
justifications for the same. (15%)
4. Explain diversity management and elaborate on the diversity management strategies
employed by the company you chose. (15%)
5. Elaborate on the quantitative and qualitative factors the company should look into
during the hiring stage to ensure the availability of the best talent with them. (10
Marks)
6. Explain any three common internal and three external recruitment measures adopted
by the company to attract the best talent. Give examples. (10%)
7. How could the company use 360-degree evaluations to identify training needs of
senior management team? (10%)
