Now that your document is perfect and professional in appearance, the final component of your strategic plan is a PowerPoint ready to present to your CEO and other executive leaders.
Prepare a PowerPoint presentation, in which you:
1. Create an outline version of your strategic plan. You will basically follow the same order as your document.
2. Use 1-2 slides to discuss each component of your strategic plan
3. Remember your audience when you create this presentation. Your PowerPoint should be professional in appearance and tone.
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes for each slide. Remember that the speaker notes will hold the explanation part of your presentation. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
Length: 12-15 slides, not including title page and references.
Speaker notes: 150-200 words per slide.
