Question

At 37°C, plasma containing drug A at 1 mg L-1 is flowing at an average velocity of 20 cm s−1 through a tube with a diameter of 0.6 cm. The walls of the tube are coated over a length of 8 cm with the same drug A that diffuses from the surface of the tube into the flowing plasma. Assume that we can use short contact time solution as a valid approach for this problem. The equilibrium concentration of drug A in plasma is 100 mg L−1. The diffusivity of drug A in plasma at 37°C is estimated to be 5 × 10−6 cm2 s−1. Density of plasma is 1.024 g cm-3. Viscosity of plasma at 37°C is 1.2 cP. Calculate the mixed concentration of drug A (mg L-1) in the plasma after plasma flows through the region coated with drug A ?

I need detailed steps.. Thank you
