1) Many social and political circumstances encourage schools to be more open to outside organizations. In this case study an unexpectedly large number of refugees prompted the school staff, a local social work organization, and an ethnic minority community to work together. What other political or social factors do you think influences schools to have more proactive partnership with community?
2)What do you see as the advantage and/or disadvantages of a distributed leadership perspective when you consider the cooperation of schools and the community? compare this with other perspectives such as collaborative leadership or transformational leadership.
