IT Implementation/Action Plan

Question

Assistance designing a professional IT Implementation/ Action Plan with the right software. The strategic planning will be around implementing a help desk ticketing system within an organization and the process needed to complete the process.

Attached will be some information about the process, but I don't have access to the professional software needed for a corporate level proposal.

The Process can be completed with more information, I gave basic information within the attachment. As I can't offer the original information for security reasons. I can always go in and fill in the right information if needed.
