You are expected to prepare a report/reflection paper by answering all the questions below, and upload to LMS considering the skills you’ve studied throughout the semester for your SEC 202: Skills Management course:

1. When you consider the 21^st century skills, in which skills do you feel yourself strong? Why?

2. When you consider the 21^st century skills, in which skills do you want to improve yourself? Why?

3. What is your action plan to improve those skills? What kind of methods you are planning to apply?

Format: Your report must be in English; a minimum of 500 and a maximum of 900 words (excluding the bibliography). Please use your words wisely and refrain from providing unnecessary information.

Your report should be written in your own words. In the Turnitin system, a similarity score of above 30% will be considered Plagiarism. Therefore, please make sure that you pay due care to the originality of your work and create the bibliography for the sources you have used in your report.
