Write a method fillRect that takes two integer parameters for width and height, and prints the coordinates of every integer point (pixel) in the filled rectangle. The rectangle's upper left corner is at (0, 0) and its lower right corner is at (width-1, height-1) using the graphical coordinate system seen in class. All of the coordinates of the top row should be printed from left to right, followed by the coordinates for the next row, and so on. Each coordinate should be printed on a separate line and use the format (x, y) (replacing x and y with numbers). Your code should contain a single System.out.println statement (use concatenation!) and should not contain any if statements. The method returns no value.
