Student 1: Amelia’s dinner should be a grilled cheese sandwich with fries, Caesar salad, and a chocolate milkshake. Her dinner should consist of lipids and carbohydrates because lipids store energy and carbohydrates build muscle.
Student 2: Amelia’s dinner should be a plate of spaghetti with meatballs in red sauce, and lemonade. Her dinner should consist of carbohydrates and proteins because carbohydrates provide a quick source of energy and proteins build and repair muscles.
Student 3: Amelia’s dinner should be a lentil soup with steamed broccoli and a glass of water. Her dinner consists of carbohydrates because she needs to store energy as starch in her body until tomorrow when she does her race.
