This week’s assignment has you develop a report recommending steps on how to identify your typical customers and your product positioning to deliver a positive customer experience for a new product.
Keeping in mind the company you have used in the course so far, review Week 3’s textbook chapters that cover value creation, product positioning, branding, services, product line strategies, and pricing. In your report, ensure to address the following areas:
- Describe the typical customer of a new or existing product of your company
- Describe your product and develop a product positioning statement for your target customers and product
- Make recommendation on how to deliver a positive customer experience for your specific product
- Create a table showing the details of your product positioning such as your target customers, brand name, value proposition, and so on.
Formatting
Just like in the previous weeks, your report will be in the white paper format (See the samples and the template below). If you need to review the white paper format and structure, please see Week 1’s assignment instructions. Finally, in your report, ensure to meet the following formatting criteria:
- (1200-1500 words)
- List of your sources on the last page
- At least two visuals (graphics, charts, tables, etc.)
