Employee engagement and employee retention strategy – One year project
You should imagine a situation in which you are joining a 5* hotel company as an HR Manager and you are assigned to design a plan to improve employee engagement and retention rate.
For this report the following is required:

demonstrating academic knowledge – using the theories we learnt in class (Organizational Culture, Learning and Development, Employee Motivation, etc.)
creative thinking
consistency– logical and smooth flow of theories and ideas Therefore, you should be able to connect the applicable theories to your ideas in a creative and professional manner. For the academic part (theories, definitions, etc) you must use Harvard referencing (in-text and bibliography too).

The paper can be written in first person as you will provide your own ideas and recommendations for this project. Regarding the structure, please include the cover page, table of content, introduction, main body, conclusion and bibliography.

There is no grading system for this paper, it can either be a pass or fail.
